1. Service Acceptance

By requesting a quote or booking a truck with BEKINS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES CO., INC., you're legally agreeing to follow these standards. We don't just move boxes; we manage complex transit networks. Our team works hard to ensure every freight transportation job is handled with care, but we need you to provide accurate cargo details every time.

2. Warehousing & Storage

Items entering our warehouses for freight transportation must be properly palletized. We aren't responsible for damage resulting from poor initial packaging. Did you know we monitor our facilities 24/7? It's part of our commitment to being your primary forwarding partner.

3. Delivery & Transit Times

Transit estimates are just that—estimates. While we boast a 98% on-time delivery rate, factors like weather and traffic are out of our hands. We'll always keep you updated via our dispatch line at (301) -637-5378.

4. Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the industry-standard rates unless additional insurance is purchased through BEKINS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES CO., INC. beforehand. Don't leave your high-value cargo to chance! We believe in transparency, so read the fine print twice.
